    Clark S. Willingham

    Clark Willingham was born in Houston, Texas in 1944 and was reared in Dallas where he graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1963. Mr. Willingham received an accounting degree from Texas Tech University in 1967. After a year with the Dallas accounting firm, Peat Marwick Mitchell he entered law school and received his Juris Doctor degree from the SMU School of Law in 1971.

    While in law school Mr. Willingham married a rancher’s daughter and began focusing on tax and business issues in agriculture. His fairly unique combination of law, accounting and agriculture has enabled Mr. Willingham many opportunities to work nation-wide with families and companies on business transactions, as well as estate planning and document drafting.
